Everything you need to know about ordering, customization, shipping and after-sales support for our welding equipment.
Ordering & MOQ

How Ordering Works

Clear, simple ordering – whether you need one machine or a full production line.

The MOQ is one machine for standard models. For customized solutions, requirements are discussed case by case based on your product, process and target capacity – no minimum volume pressure for first trials.

Yes. We recommend a starter spare parts kit (welding heads, sensors, consumables) with every machine to keep your line running while full spares are in transit. Our sales team will help you select the right kit.

Yes. We offer OEM configurations and private-label options for distributors and integrators. Branding, control interface language and documentation can be adapted to your market.

Lead Time & Payment Terms

Timelines & Payment

Transparent schedules and flexible payment arrangements.

Standard models ship in 15–30 days. Customized machines typically take 30–60 days, depending on the complexity of tooling, feeders and control integration. We confirm an exact schedule in the quotation.

Standard terms are T/T with a 30% deposit to start production and the balance before shipment. For large or repeat orders, L/C terms are negotiable. Full terms are stated in the proforma invoice.

Yes. Send us your product drawings or samples. We run weld tests, record the results and share videos with you. For customized projects, sample approval is part of the standard process before mass production.

Customization Process

How We Build Your Custom Solution

A structured process from first drawing to final approval.

It follows five clear steps: 1) you share drawings or requirements, 2) our engineers prepare a technical proposal, 3) we issue a detailed quotation, 4) sample welding and your approval, 5) production and delivery. You stay informed at every step.

Product drawings or samples, wire and terminal specifications, target output per shift, board dimensions and any space constraints in your existing line. The more detail you share, the faster and more accurate the proposal.
